use file:// urls when logging errors

I just notice that explicit file:// urls are cmd-clickable (as oppose to just absolute path url) in terminal

so it could maybe be a enhancement to log something like

TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating '<code>')
-     at escape (/Users/bob/worker.js:127:14)
+     at escape (file:///Users/bob/worker.js:127:14)

...however they could not be opened if it contained :127:14 so maybe. so that's a problem, maybe they could be seperated with zero with space char or something?
