[Suggestion] Ability to change inputDialog position + more position options for a Menu

What is your suggestion?
My suggestion is to add the option to change the position of the input dialog, just like you can with notifications, menus and progressbars. My suggestion also includes adding the ablity to place the menu in the center, left center, right center and maybe also the top center. The input dialog should be able to be placed in the top left, the top right, the top center, the center (default), left center, right center, left bottom, right bottom and center bottom.

Why have you suggested this?
The reason I have suggested this is because, I would love to be able to change the position of the input dialog and I would lovew to be able to place the menu in more positions. Since I personally don't like the menu being in the corners.

It would also be nice to be able to change the context menu position as well.
