Description

Feature Suggestion:

While viewing a file in the repo, it would be great to to highlight if it's featured in one or more PRs and link over to that change if so.

Would allow me to browse project source and realize that someone is proposing to make a change to what I'm looking at, without having to manually review all outstanding PRs
