Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Small avatars can't sit on seats right as they will be inside of the seats, this is really annoying when playing as a small avatar.

Describe the solution you'd like
Give the seats a collider that can be stepped up on, that way small avatars can stand on the chairs and be at a better height.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are other solutions like dynamic seat heights based on player height.

Additional context
Not all seats would work as you can't jump on the map so if the seat is too high up you wouldn't be able to get up on it, this could be fixed by putting the exit point on the seat but that would not be a good idea for bigger avatars and small avatars would still have to enter and exit the seat to get on it.

I'm sorry, but this is not something I will be changing.

This is for two reasons:
• VRChat should make Stations work for all avatar heights
• Avatar creators can easily make an animation override for their small avatars that places them on the seat properly. This would allow them to sit on any seat in any world. They could even make the animation make them stand, or float, or lay down. Whatever they want their sitting pose to be and at whatever height they want to align with the station.
