Some IDs return: "hfsubset service returned status 500 Internal Server Error"

attempted to run:

./hfsubset -w medium_range -s nextgen -v 2.1.1 -l divides,flowlines,network,nexus,forcing-weights,flowpath-attributes,model-attributes -o St_Augustine_02315520.gpkg -t hl "Gages-02315520"
which failed with:
hfsubset ==> 19:08:03 failed to complete hfsubset request: hfsubset service returned status 500 Internal Server Error

This is reproducible, but seems random with regards to which request will work.

Some are related also to the version, they work for 2.1.1 but not 2.2

To add to this issue, I had a few hydrofabric requests from the Alaska and Pacific RFC that did not work (maybe they're outside of the v2.2 domain currently—they're in Alaska).

Thanks @SnowHydrology, All oCONUS domains will not work with this (yet). End of September is the target for full release of those and the refined CONUS network.
