Checklist

Your issue

Cloud storage, Cloud storage Save is already set to OFF Would you be able to get the Save Offline to work ? so like I did play Plants vs Zombies GW2 but it don't save to my computer as i did checked in the My Documents -> Plants vs Zombies GW2 'folder' only the Screenshots and settings 'folder' but no Save
