How do you add the LogSanitizingFormatter with a custom ISanitizingFormatRule to be used when using a Configuration file?

The documentation states that to add a formatter you do the following, how would this be change to use the JsonLogSanitizingFormatter?

 {
        "Name": "File",
        "Args": {
          "formatter": "Serilog.Formatting.Json.JsonFormatter, Serilog",
