Support for Intel Realsense D455

I was wondering if this repository also supports D455, and if not, what would be the necessary changes (if possible) to integrate it.

@Quest2GM We also need it for D455, looking at the code, I don't see anything that is specifically related to D435 and not D455. Seems like you can just use this and change the configuration values in the urdf/sdf to better match those of the D455.
