This work is derived from what I learned with Debian Packaging for capstone
capstone-engine/capstone#2521
Proof I can copy over libcapstone and libosi shared objects, although I don't think the soft links copied over right? but libcapstone.so and l
panda_contents.txt
libcapstone.so.5 look identical, so maybe things are OK?
Also, I updated setup.sh to work in an environment (like MIT), where there is a proxy. If there is none, then just set the environment variables as blank and proceed
