Project boards

To help us keep track of all the moving parts, I have created two project boards for Pangeo Forge.

This is the Recipe Implementation project board:

It tracks the progress of implementing the recipes outlined in staged-recipes. Note that all the recipes are currently in the category of "Blocked on development." This means they can't be implemented unless we add new features to pangeo_forge.

The software development is tracked in:
https://github.com/orgs/pangeo-forge/projects/1

There is a category for "Discussion needed." These are features that can't really be implemented without more discussion and design decisions. The category "Shovel-ready issues" instead points at issues that can be worked on today. (PRs welcome!)

This exercise has revealed that forward progress on Pangeo Forge is mostly blocked by design question issues. Therefore, I encourage everyone to review those issues and share your opinion. Hopefully we can be prepare to discuss and resolve these design questions at our Feb. 1 meeting.
