[CMSP-168] Add default format output that makes sense? #110

Currently, the default format is raw which outputs html. Although this is great for browser viewing, it doesn't make sense in the terminal. My expectation for the default would be something like --format=table with an output easily viewable in the terminal. I might suggest changing the default and providing --format=html as an option to output as html. Can we add a CMS task @greg-1-anderson?

This is being tracked internally in CMS-842 CMSP-168.

The change in launchcheck is probably trivial. The larger change required is updating Hermes to request the correct (html) format.
