Parcel fails to build on NixOS 23.11

I’ve created an issue in the nixpkg repo NixOS/nixpkgs#278462

I’m wondering if you folks may know about the error that’s thrown by parcel (2.10.2) at runtime. Am I missing any runtime dependency?

I've never seen this before. I know nothing about nix, but in a "normal" environment, this file
https://unpkg.com/browse/@parcel/[email protected]/lib/builtins.js
should read the devDependencies of its own package.json to retrieve the polyfill version range from
https://unpkg.com/browse/@parcel/[email protected]/package.json

Does nix do anything that could break this?

Thank you @mischnic, I was able to figure out the issue. Nix wasn't adding certain node packages because it couldn't pinpoint the version.
