Is it possible to now show size of file/folder?

I have some reasonably sized files and folders, and I'm just trying this software out, it looks great, but the fact that it's calculation the size of each file and folder every time I change directory seems rather inefficient, at least it takes a while to calculate them all and it feels sluggish when changing to such directory.

Also in the readme you mentioned file deletion but not file thrashing, is such a feature implemented?
