The aircraft replacement cost is determined by the current cost of an aircraft model subtracted by the sell price. The sell price is the condition of the aircraft multiplied with the initial purchase price of the aircraft, with another multiplier of 0.8 applied to prevent players from making a profit by merely buying aircraft at a discount then selling them without a discount. However, the lower sell price means a higher aircraft replacement cost - in other words, the initial purchase of an aircraft at discount leads to a greater replacement cost at any given condition greater than zero, which is highly counterintuitive and works against the intended benefit of discounts.

I propose that the replacement cost of an aircraft bought at discount should not exceed one bought at a regular price.
