Update patternfly link in quick start template

Description

The patternfly link to RH icons in line 15 of the quick start template is outdated and needs to be updated to this link: https://www.patternfly.org/design-foundations/icons/#all-icons

Steps to Reproduce

Navigate to the quick start yaml template; look at line 15 in the template and copy/paste the current link into your browser; see a 404.

Actual Behavior

Current link is broken: https://www.patternfly.org/v4/guidelines/icons/#all-icons

Expected Behavior

The link should take you here: https://www.patternfly.org/design-foundations/icons/#all-icons
