Wizard: react demo needs updated

There is a bug with the demo and a few visual changes needed -- the demo is setting the modal to be 400px tall but it needs to be the default height of 762px. (defined here).

• Add bottom divider to the wizard header Added core issue Wizard - add bottom border to wizard header patternfly#6803
• Change all drawers within wizard to have a primary default bkg
