Remove deprecated DragDrop examples and demos

Update the table drag and drop example to use new drag and drop.
Also make sure it is not used anywhere else that is not marked deprecated.

Opened #11294 for https://www.patternfly.org/components/table#draggable-row-table.

The column management table demo is also a deprecated table demo, so I'm working on updating that to a new table demo as well (but may break that into another follow up depending on the size).
