POC - Build Penta hackathon demo app

A clear and concise description of the request. What is the expected outcome?
This is a issue for tracking work React creating a POC to consume Penta theming. There are two part to tis issue:

• Consume Penta theming by getting style sheets from Core. #9358
• Consume Penta theming from a NPM package from core

Objective:
Deliver a “demo app” that matches the core demo from the hackathon.

The first take will accomplish this by copying style sheets from core (task 1)

The second part will take take in core styles via NPM. (task2)

End goal:
Something like a page of an application - https://www.patternfly.org/v4/components/table/html-demos/sortable/
This is a visual demo, not going up for PR review.
