xfce 4.14 Panel icons lighter background color.

Hey,

Firstly, thanks for this awesome theme!

So the issue Im running against is that the icons on the panel, have a slightly lighter color on the background than the rest of the panel.
If I swap the theme to numix for example, the color is fine, Ive tried some others and this only seems to happen with your theme.
I've tried the previous release and the current one for 4.14 with no difference.
