Describe the bug. 🐛

When i run the orchestrate:provider command without any arguments, it displays a list of existing services, I select one and it returns an error "Your must first set up a service! Please call the orchestrate:service artisan command."

I am running on Laravel 11.x, I don't recall seeing this bug on Laravel 10.x or lower, but also didn't check.

Which version(s) should this be pointed at?

2.x & 3.x.
