Ignore trailing spaces in VTT timestamps #23

Currently VTTs with timestamps like "00:00:17.480 --> 00:00:19.520 " fail to upload.

Timestamps shouldn't have any trailing spaces, but they could just be discarded when parsing instead of rejecting the file.
