[2.1.X] Caching of hash values calculated in CountThenEstimateBytes

These are invariant across different queries, so could easily be cached at the node level. If it's quicker to retrieve them from a cache than it is to recalculate them, anyway. We could at least cache the most-recently-calculated one like we do with timestamps.
