How to train?

Hi
I managed to create a full CNN using the given code, following the example provided as a guidline.. but now I don't know how to use the training data I created (about 1500 , 646440 cropped and centered images) to create a fully trained network.. I can't find where are the weights to update them each loop ..
at first I thought weights were the 'dzdf's , but then I realized F's are the kernels or filters used for convilution
so, how to train the mexconv 3d CNN ?
