how to feed the Chart with my own data

hi dear.
i have made a lot of effort but i have not got yet how to feed my own data to the chart
for example i have time my symbole name and etc but i dont know how to feed them to the chart
and point of chart goes up and down according to my data.i read alot about udf and js api but i have not
got anything about it.
you make me your humble if you help me.thank you
