Details Footer gap is not consistent in all generated pages.

When reports consist of multiple pages with details footer repeat option, then details footer gap varies on different pages with details section.

This is not a bug - the footer is meant to augment the page-footer functionality. It is not intended to be a item that directly follows the details sections.

I think it is the correct behavior. However, i have one report which contains the multiple pages and data on each page should be displayed in a rectanlge. And the rectangle should close on each page.

Here problem is in some pages the rectangle does't closes.
