Promote event indexing content to higher level in guide #36

Currently the ABCI Event indexing content is buried in the nav bar, accessible via the following breadcrumbs:

Guide top-level
- Running a node
  - Fullnode: pd
    - Indexing ABCI events

Compare this to how easy it is to find relayer content:

Guide top-level
- Running relayers

We should promote the event indexing to the same level as the relayer guide, to help with discoverability.
