pmdalibvirt could add new metrics #1951

Recent libvirt versions provide the following statistics not available with pmdalibvirt:

IOThread
Memory bandwidth
Memory dirty rate

It would be nice if the libvirt PMDA would also provide these, at least the latter two could be helpful on some occasions.
