I am a bit unclear as to how the process works to get pcp (and eventually cockpit-pcp which is what I was looking for) available in Debian trixie, it had been blocked by this bug which now seems resolved.

@rik-shaw we expect to be able to upload a newer version of PCP to Debian sometime next week ... this should resolve the blocker @ Debian and clear the way for PCP to re-enter unstable and hence Trixie.
