What happened?

Strawberry Perl has removed DBD::mysql from the standard distribution due to issues with determining how to set up the non-standard configuration for installation. Active State has removed PPM. Please update the documentation to tell users how to install in Windows using a current distribution of Perl and MySQL.

I'm trying to get a procedure written for very point and clicky installers.

@bhquest could you have a look at #384 (comment) ?

Maybe I can put the mysql_config.bat in the docs and then users can adjust it to their MySQL installation. What do you think?
