Sonarr TV Requests stuck on No Status

Describe the bug
No TV shows are being added to sonarr and are sitting in Petio with no status. Both Petio and Sonarr are not showing any errors in logs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Search and type in any show'
2. Click on 'request show'
3. View requests
4. All tv shows are showing as no status

Expected behavior
TV show added to Sonarr.
