Ability to change the admin account username

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, there is no way to choose, nor change the username for the admin account and it defaults to your first name on your Plex account.

The ability to choose the username, as well as change it when you'd like to

I tried making another account, but then I don't have a way of making that the admin/owner account
