Describe the bug
Users that have been given access to my main library are not being synchronized to Petio. It successfully pulled the users during the install but never added any new users created since.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create a new Plex user
Wait for the user to be sync'd by Petio
Wait endlessly?
Expected behavior
New users should (eventually) be pulled into Petio so they can log in with their Plex credentials.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
Windows 11 Pro 22H2
Browser: Firefox
Version: v119.0 (64bit)
Additional context
My Petio install is in a Docker container. I tried going trough the logs it was generating and i can't seem to find any indication as to what could be the problem. Doing research on Discord i saw a few people that also were having similar issues but i could not find a concise solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
PETIO and MongoDB 4.4.9 containers at Synology Docker.
All comunications are ok, all existing users can make a requests.
Only new users cant Login with their PLEX Sign in Credentials
Same issue - March 2024.
Petio API Version 0.5.4-alpha.
Windows. Service start or direct console.
Any users given access to Plex after the initial Petio installation are never sync'd to Petio.
Current workaround is to create custom (local Petio) users.
