Tags on manual add page

This is not related to an issue per se, but I would like to see the ability to add tags manually when on the manual add screen. Currently you can pick a profile and path, and I know on other apps such as the Android app NZB 360 you can specify tags to send along with it.

The use case here is that when using the filters sometimes the metadata is incorrect and so stuff is missed. In my case when I add an anime that I want either subbed or dubbed I have a specific tag in sonarr that tells it to look for certain keywords in the files. Without being able to specify those before adding the show it just automatically starts grabbing whatever file.
