One thing noticed right away: The website, bizarrely, does not mention the start time. The agenda for the last meeting lists the start time as 2PM, so unless [email protected] gets back to me with the clarification email I sent her, I'll assume that is the start time until further notice.

Edit: Ms. Roman got back to me, and the time is indeed 2PM. She did say she would soon update the page with that information, so hopefully that won't interfere with my spider.
