currently I have to do this manually:

set toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets to true
Create a chrome/userChrome.css with this CSS: https://gist.github.com/olmstadfm/d6b4d37219e957d9cdcdb3ec88952c15
Enable/disable various settings
- Disable 'Ctrl+Tab cycles through tabs in recently used order' (disables the tab preview)
