I couldn't find an issue dealing with graphics artifacts on Firefox, so creating this issue. If an issue already exists, feel free to move this info there.

For example, phetsims/graphing-lines#119, reported with Firefox 65.0 on macOS 10.14.2. Dragging the pink "manipulators" leaves bits of them behind, see screenshot below. Workaround was to use renderer: 'canvas'.
