Multilingual article bylines are in the format of "[Original Author] Translated by [Translator]". Split this string and only assign the article to the translator's user profile.

@jeffreyzpan how does your multilingual thing (phillipian/phillipian-wp-2019#22) address this?

@wwsalmon Currently the byline is in the correct format, but I haven't assigned the article only to the translator — its currently going to "author + translator" as a new user. Will work on when I have time.
