Hi, I would like to use ngmlr to align long-read data from the SKBR3 cell line, which had been published in your article. I noticed that you have published aligned data on a webpage with the hg19 reference genome. However, I aim to align this data to hg38.
Before proceeding, I am curious whether any preprocessing steps, such as removing reads with less than 100 base pairs or ensuring certain quality thresholds, were applied to the data that was originally aligned to hg19. I would like to ensure that my alignment process closely resembles the one you have published. Thanks :)
