Form (Preview) does not work with F# #2602

Expected Behavior

Preview working with F# *.eto.fs files

Actual Behavior

OPens code insted of the preview

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

double-click on any *.eto.fs
alternative: right click and 'open with...' then select 'Eto.Forms preview (Default)'

Code that Demonstrates the Problem

any freshly created F# project

Specifications

Eto.Forms.Preview 2.7.5.0

Version:
Platform(s): WinForms
Operating System(s): Windows 10
Visual Studio: 2022 17.8.3
