I might be misunderstanding but setting YARN_CACHE_FOLDER and YARN_VERSION in the environment seems to work, as per: netlify/build#1535 (comment). Setting both those worked for me on Yarn 3.3.1. Would this plugin still be needed or is that a usable fix instead?
