v0.1.0 - Stable release

This release is the first stable release of Vector Audio, it features:

• Corrected logging to file
• Fix issue where multiple transceivers would cause excessive crackling
• Build universal macOs app (x86_64 and arm64)
• Added last received callsigns to UI
• Added option to play frequency on speaker
• Added basic ATIS playback and detection (uses standard AFV TTS)

Fix bug where non normalised 25KhZ frequencies would not work
