unmet dependencies

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
proxmox-ve : Depends: pve-manager but it is not going to be installed
Depends: zfsutils-linux but it is not installable
Depends: chrony but it is not going to be installed

script kept failing. did manual install with above error and below file
