That sounds like something for the Obsidian core team to add, or perhaps for a different plugin altogether. |
I use this [Tag Wrangler] plugin to view the list of tags (across All notes) in the side panel. Was hoping there may be a way to filter or similar. Agree that it makes sense for the core. |
You're not using Tag Wrangler for that - that's the built-in Tags view. All Tag Wrangler does to it is add context menu items and drag/drop. |
Well, it also does tag pages and some other things, but that's all it does to the tags pane. If you turn off Tag Wrangler, you'll see you still have a tag pane. |
It would be so helpful if we could filter/default view to show the tags that are only within the current note (with the number of instances (specific to the current note only) next to each). Thank you!
(Bonus if we can see the number of instances of that tag in the current note and next to that (in parenthesis or other distinction) the number of total instances of that tag in the database.)
