Some tree branches are not updated on delete elements

• If you delete a workspace, the corresponding styles in the styles branch are not updated. If you try to delete one of the styles you may receive an error message (only happend once);

• If you delete a Layer, the group branch does get updated still showing the layer;

• If you delete a layer the corresponding workspace does not get updated

The error with styles happens when you try to Consolidade styles after you have deleted a workspace.
