Introduce checks for mandatory (java, swipl, jpl, LD_LIBRARY_PATH) and optional (virtuoso) prerequisites in shell script.

some needed environment variables:

SWI_HOME_DIR to be set
LD_LIBRARY_PATH to contain libjpl.so

others (Java, Maven, etc) see dependencies here: https://github.com/play-project/play-dcep/tree/master/play-dcep-distribution
