From @johnverg :
Hello Antonio,

Besides all other issues we noticed another issue regarding MCM application. Actually there isn’t a list with recommendations/notifications received… These appear too quickly and disappear instantly. If I click on them they also disappear… Do you have an idea about this? Are you planning to change something regarding this?

Thanks

Best regards,

Yiannis

Hi Antonio again,

a few minutes ago, when i received a recommendation about twitter from you... it was the first time that the recommendation stayed on my screen and saw the option to accept or reject.... We will produce recommendations again from SIAFU in order to see if it is ok now for all recommendations and notifications.,,
thnks for opening this thread...

Best,
Yiannis

Hello Yiannis,
that's true: no recoms history is provided by MCM. We can think to add this feature after the review (and I'd like you to propose how the GUI for this should be shown to the user).
Concerning recoms disappearing instantly: if you are referring the toast message, the time for it to be shown can be increased, but not a lot I guess. In any case you should get the recoms on the notification bar as well (where you get SMS, battery fully recharged and so on..). What happens when you click on them, it depends on the recom in itself (and in particular on the fields ackRequired and answerRequired): please, check the table at page 10 in the document https://docs.google.com/document/d/1DXVw5HVQiVGzDTF7Qj1DXg-8hCp5txDPtu-jZ47lyaM/edit for further details.
Basically: put both values to true and the click on the notification will show a yes/no dialog containing the recom.

Let me know whether it is ok or not.

Just checked recoms generated by ESR: the problem is

uctelco:ackRequired "false"^^xsd:boolean ;
uctelco:answerRequired "false"^^xsd:boolean ;

If you don't ask for ack and answer, almost nothing will be shown ;)
