Cancel button malfunction

In version Version 3.1.x -> Plone 6.0.6+ when you click the Cancel button it doesn't do it correctly if you continue adding Tiles later it replicates them incorrectly and renames them incorrectly.

Hi. Could you please explain a bit more, what's going wrong here? Maybe a screencast would help also (or are there any errors in the browser console?)
