Describe the bug
Most of the time article campaign keeps deactivating without having links from the bing search

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to article campaign
Give any keyword to proceed
Click on run now
Scroll down to logs
See error

Expected behavior
The available links needs to extracted from the search result
