Replace the call with a single form with type selection

Replace the default call with a form, but I wanted it to behave the same as the original call screen.
In short, instead of opening a call via calls, I wanted to open it via a single form and be able to choose between an incident and a request.
The form has a huge range of customization options and this replacement would be great.

Hi

this plugin reached end of life. It will be replaced by native forms in GLPI 11. No feature will be added, do not expect any new release.

Native forms feature is under active development. I think that a beta version of GLPI 11 should be available at the end of 2024 or begining of 2025. Follow Teclib' on social medias to get official news about this version.
