As mentioned in the issue title, I noticed that one parameter is missing in the collapsible sections setup.

Enchancement in m365 spo page section add command

Option Description
--collapsibleTitle [collapsibleTitle] The display name of the collapsible section

Nice suggestion. I'm wondering if the command has an option to make the section collapsed or expanded by default.
